This fully furnished one bedroom apartment is located in a West Village townhouse in New York. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a walk up building. Note that this is an old building and the appearance of the unit reflects this.
This furnished apartment features hardwood floors.
The living room with a northern exposure has a queen sized sofa bed and a small dining table that seats two. There is also a cable TV, a DVD player.
The bedroom is facing South with a garden view and has a queen sized bed, closet and window.
The open kitchen has a small refrigerator, microwave, regular oven, coffee maker and toaster. There are basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Please note one of the 4 stove burners does not function.
The bathroom has a tub/shower, w/c and sink.
The furnished apartment is well located in the West Village of Manhattan. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Washington Square Park is a few blocks east from this apartment.
Going north on 11th Ave, you will find Chelsea Piers, one of the biggest New York's sports and entertainment center. The closest subway is the 1,2,3 trains at Christopher Street / 7 Avenue South.
Please note that the heating system is radiator steam which can cause loud clanging when in use during the cold season.

My stay was amazing. The building is in a great location in Manhattan. The owners were very kind and helpful. This is the best apartment to stay in NYC as you can enjoy everything from there. |

The apartment we stayed in was fantastic. The location and the entire apartment was everything that we needed it to be. The two gentlemen who owned the apartment were even better. We have had no trouble with them and they were very generous in letting us stay a little longer when our flights were cancelled because of the snow storm. The apartment we were originally assigned to had a hiccup and [was] already given to someone else but Marjin was very helpful in assigning us another apartment in the exact same building. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the beautiful apartment, your wonderful staff Marjin and the two gentlemen who were kind enough to offer us this opportunity, all of which made our stay in NYC perfect. I will definitely be passing on my opinion to anyone who considering a long stay trip to NYC. |
