Apartment: My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this apartment. Spacious for NY and a balcony overlooking a green roof! Unheard of in NY. The location was amazing for a young couple like us - bars, pubs, movie theatres, parks, cafes, restaurants, shopping, botiques, specialty stores and of course the metro all within walking. |

Sunny and Loraine, a newly married couple from Australia, spent their honeymoon at the apartment and, of course, New York City. |

I spent 3 months in this fantastic apartment. The apartment is really close to the subway, in a nice and lively neighborhood where you can find all kinds of bars and restaurants. The balcony is perfect to enjoy a drink when the weather's fine and the apartment is very comfortable. Anna, the owner, was a great help to find top spots and was always available. |

Anne came to learn English and she did. It was wonderful having her as a guest and that New York and the apartment were such a positive experience for her. |

I would stay here again and again. So would my husband and daughter. This apartment seems more spacious in real life, than pictures tell you. It is bright, uncluttered and airy with windows on each end. The balcony overlooking the newly and now beautifully planted green roof is a sanctuary for a quiet thought. There is also a beautifully planted backyard view to the left. |
