Enjoy a bird’s eye view from this 2 bedroom apartment, located centrally in Manhattan in Midtown East. In this high-rise 37-story elevator building on 52nd street less than one block away from the East River waterfront, you have a full-time doorman as well as a garden area outside the building where you can relax and meet other residents. There is also on-site laundry facilities and parking (for an additional fee) available.
This modernly decorated apartment has hardwood floors and large windows in both living room and bedroom that will give you a great view of Manhattan’s skyline. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms; the master bedroom has an ensuite full marble bathroom and the second bedroom has a w/c and sink. Both bedrooms have at least one closet and there are two in the living room, a rarity in New York.
The lobby attendants at the front desk are happy to help you with giving tips about the area.
Midtown East is well known in Manhattan for its wide variety of fine restaurants. You have Destino, serving acclaimed Southern Italian cuisine around the corner on 1st Avenue, as well as Al Bustan, with classy Middle Eastern cuisine, only 2 blocks away on East 53rd Street; plenty of other restaurants and stores, boutiques and cafés line the streets of the area, catering to the UN crowd. The United Nations headquarters are 4 blocks south, as well as the terminal to catch a special air trolley to Roosevelt. Stroll around the East River Promenade or visit the Greenacre Park (three blocks away) for relaxing in New York City. The closest train station is on Lexington Avenue (less than three blocks away), serving the 6 amd M trains, as well as a the E train (4 blocks) which will take you along the Upper East Side or to downtown.
