Depending on the season, this apartment can be rented as a 3-bedroom vacation rental, or monthly, as either a private sublet of the entire unit or as a roommate share situation, where a bedroom is rented and the common areas are shared.

Each bedroom has its own closet as well as a window to allow in natural light. The living area is simply but warmly decorated and its two windows facing south offer view on the gardens. Found in a central part of the area, several restaurants are just around the corner or even across the street. Around the corner on Lenox Avenue, you have famous NYC landmarks such as the Lenox Lounge and Red Rooster restaurant.
