This loft-style one bedroom apartment in Midtown West, NYC boasts a modernly furnished living space within an active and exciting community of Manhattan. Located on West 37th Street & 9th Avenue, this living space resides within one of the most beloved and important areas of the city! It sits on the 15th and top floor (considered 14th in Europe) of a 15-story elevator building. For added convenience, the building offers a shared laundry room and gym to its occupants. A 24-hour doorman is stationed in the lobby to greet residents and guests.
Once a large studio, the bedroom of this now-one-bedroom-apartment is divided from the rest of the house by a partition wall that does not quite reach the ceiling. However, this room does create privacy not otherwise available in studios, as well as a walled-off environment to rest. With a minimalist flair, the rooms are accessorized with black-and-white contemporary furnishings. Beams on the ceiling give the apartment a lofty feeling and the views from the 15th-floor vantage point are not to be missed! The separate kitchen includes a window for ventilation, as well as most cooking necessities. The bathroom features marble counter and a state of the art Kohler vanity, as well as a combination shower/bathtub.
