Apartment Rental: 3 months
On arrival the apartment was not insufficiently equipped with enough towels, crockery, cutlery; also bedlinen not very good quality. Windows really dirty, as were blinds - we put significant effort into cleaning them. Some patches on ceilings need painting. Heating was a real problem - initially didn't work, then came on and off controlled remotely but did not keep apartment at a comfortable temperature. Management company was generally responsive when we raised issues, and super was most helpful.
