Apartment Rental: 3 months

On arrival the apartment was not insufficiently equipped with enough towels, crockery, cutlery; also bedlinen not very good quality. Windows really dirty, as were blinds - we put significant effort into cleaning them. Some patches on ceilings need painting. Heating was a real problem - initially didn't work, then came on and off controlled remotely but did not keep apartment at a comfortable temperature. Management company was generally responsive when we raised issues, and super was most helpful.

Dear Brian,
Thank you for your feedback, we always strive to improve our guest experience and keep the rental price low especially considering the apartment location.
We have provided you towels, crockery, cutlery as soon as you requested.
A thorough cleaning is made between each tenant. We are sorry that the cleaning level was not satisfactory.
Regarding the patches, we will check the apartment and add a coat of paint if needed.
The building heating system is managed by computer and as additional heat we provide each bedroom with an electric heater so they can accommodate their own personal preference.
Many of our guests physically see the apartment for the very first time only upon arrival so we try to be responsive concerning their particular concerns as you mentioned.
Thank you
