The apartment is located on the first and second floor (European ground and first floor) and does not have an elevator. Guests will find a very spacious kitchen available to them with tile floors, plenty of cabinet space, and a dining table which can comfortably seat three. For guests renting the apartment furnished, they will have their choice of bedroom layout. All bedrooms will have a full size bed, and bedroom three can be furnished instead with a bunk bed based on guest preference. Bedroom three can also include a desk and chair to create a small workspace. Built in shelving units provide storage space for guests. Bedroom four can comfortably fit two full size beds as well as a desk and chair to function as a workspace. A closed off fireplace and decorative wall moulding bring a feeling of historic New York charm to the space. The first and second bathroom in the apartment both have tiled floors and windows adding natural light to the room. Guests will find a shower in bathroom one. Hardwood floors and base moulding are featured throughout most of the apartment. Additional highlights of the building include a security system and private garden for guest access.
Guests staying in this apartment will have their choice of beautiful green spaces throughout Park Slope. The historic Green-Wood Cemetery, Prospect Park, and Sunset Park lie in close proximity, only .3 miles / 482 meters, 1 mile / 1.6 km, and 1.3 miles / 2 km away.
