Building: Prewar building with a security system, a video system, an elevator and laundry in the building.
Approximately 450 sq. ft, this studio-loft could accommodate two people.
There is a (double size) thick mattress on the loft, a pull out sofa bed, a Cable TV and a VCR. The open kitchen is fully equipped. It has a coffee maker and pots and pans are provided. The bathroom has a shower/tub, w/c and sink.
The neighborhood: West 34th Street is the home of the largest department store in the world, Macys. During Christmas season on Fifth Avenue around 34th Street, the stores and streets radiate in the festivities. There are many boutiques, eateries, bookstores and movies theaters conveniently in the area. Madison Square Garden and the Jacob Javits Convention Center are in the neighborhood, as well as the largest Post Office in the world, which is open 24 hours.
