The kitchen, dining area and backyard are shared amongst all of the roommates of the home.

The open kitchen gives onto the dining area and contains a nice island with three bar stools, which can be used to sit at the counter. The kitchen includes some necessary appliances, including a microwave or a toaster-oven, though please note that light toaster-oven or microwave cooking is preferred. (No stove top cooking). Two of the bedrooms for rent are located on the 2nd floor, where the master bedroom (Bedroom 1) has its queen bed waiting for you to rest, with a closet and a big window looking onto the backyard. The TV with cable access and DVD player in this room and the dresser should make you feel more at home, and the air conditioner in all rooms will protect you from the climate extremes.
