This three-bedroom apartment is located on the Upper West Side on the 10th floor of a prewar building. It has an elevator and a full-time doorman.

Next door is a little dining area with a dining table. The kitchen is a large room with a big window, very bright, equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. There is also a separate WC next to the kitchen.
There is wireless Internet access included. There are two small dogs in the apartment.
This part of the Upper West Side is very residential and historic and is a short walk from a world of shopping, dining and entertainment choices. There are lots of beautiful tree-lined streets with nice brownstone buildings. Central Park is just across the street, including the jogging track around the reservoir and free tennis courts. On Columbus Avenue are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, delis and clothing stores.
The apartment is two blocks from the subway station on the 1 line at 86th Street. Laundry is in the basement and a maid comes to the house twice a month.
