The open kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, regular oven, coffee maker and toaster. There are basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils.

The bathroom has a tub/shower, w/c and sink.

The furnished apartment is well located in the West Village of Manhattan. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Washington Square Park is a few blocks east from this apartment.

Going north on 11th Ave, you will find Chelsea Piers, one of the biggest New York's sports and entertainment center. The closest subway is the 1,2,3 trains at Christopher Street / 7 Avenue South.

Please note that the heating system is radiator steam which can cause loud clanging when in use during the cold season. Additionally, this system provides heat for the entire townhouse, therefore it is not easily adjustable by guests.
