Located near the intersection of Nugent Street & Autumn Avenue, the vacation rental includes such amenities as a security system at the door, hardwood floors, a pool, a garden and patio.

Bedroom 1 features a king-sized (180 cm) bed with an antique frame to match the vintage side table and dresser. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds and is decorated in white. Bedroom 3 has a four poster queen bed and two dressers in grey, with a walk-in closet providing storage space. Bedroom 4 has a double bed backed by a window with yellow curtains, an armchair, and a dresser.
Located where Staten Island’s tree-lined streets meet its vast parkland, this rental is great for lovers of fresh air and open space. Behind the Lighthouse Hill neighborhood where the home is located is the Latourette Park and golf course, with acres of green space contrasting the suburban feel of the Island. It’s just a short drive into town to get to the New Dorp Station (1.4mi/2.3km) on the Staten Island Railroad, providing access to the famous Staten Island Ferry, which goes to Lower Manhattan.
