Large and comfortable two story (three American floor) townhouse with its own private terrace (50m2/540 sq ft) situated in a quiet cul-de-sac lined with trees and private houses with gardens between Rue de Belleville and Rue de Menilmontant. This charming and exceptional house is located in the hilly Menilmontant neighborhood of the 20th arrondissement of Paris, known for its bustling immigrant population and its bohemian cultural scene.
This 130m2 (1400 sq ft) townhouse has three levels and a basement with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a spacious living room, terrace, and balcony. It faces the garden and the windows face south. All windows are equipped with shutters for your privacy and comfort.

There is also a separate washbasin on the corridor next to these bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a large window onto the garden, two skylights and wooden floor. It is furnished with a double bed (140 cm wide), two lamps, a chair, two desks with chairs, a mirror, a stereo and a telephone.
The bathroom is tiled and has two windows (with shades) and a tub with a handheld showerhead and a washbasin with a mirror.
The Ménilmontant area keeps the charm of the old Paris while still being close to Rue Oberkampkf and its many trendy restaurants, nightclubs and popular bars, one of the prime nightlife spots in Paris. Not far is the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, the largest park in Paris proper, which is known for its 32m (104 foot) high artificial waterfall and cave, complete with artificial stalactites.
