The apartment matched the description. Excellent location (Montmartre), well served by the subway. Things that may be improved: more attention may be given to the bathroom (there is some moisture) and window bars may be added, since the apartment occupies the ground-floor.

Thank you for your feedback, Myriam, you are a delightful young lady.

I generally rent my apartment to a maximum of 2 people but in your case I agreed to 3. The bathroom is not big and needs to be ventilated and heated after taking a shower, this is a habit that tenants need to get especially when 3 people are living in the apartment. Since I first rented this place, I never had this kind of issue. I repainted the apartment after you left while I was at it.

Regarding the ground floor, I intend to add a mirror in front of the window for peace of mind.

I wish you the best of luck in the future.

I was really satisfied with the stay. I would say that the relationship between quality and price is good. There is everything that you need for living except oven and washing machine, but this is a minor flaw since Lavery is 10 meters away. Like all the apartments in Paris, you can hear EVERYTHING that is happening around, like walls are made of paper. There is a bar next door too, sometimes it feels like you're having a private concert in your flat.

But I would like to emphasize that this is a minor flaw. The apartment is located in very good spot. Just 10 minutes to Moulin Rouge or Sacre Coeur, it is between 2 metro-stations. The street where the apartment is, is quiet, but when you walk out there, there is all the action you need. Countless restaurants, small shops (btw nearest small grocery shop is just 10 meters away), etc.

I liked our landlord. She is very friendly and is willing to help with anything. She also respected our privacy there.

Hi Elina,
First of all, thank you for sending your comments on your stay at the apartment.
I would like to tell you again how delighted I was to host you both and to get to know you. As you'd told me, you enjoyed the apartment and its location in a very nice and convenient neighborhood, and I'm glad you did.

Living in an apartment is indeed different from living in a single-family house since it is more or less subject to the residents and the neighborhood's activities. As you pointed out, the building is adjacent to a hip restaurant that is very popular in the area, so it may sometimes be more lively and more "intrusive" than it usually is. But from my experience living there, it is only occasional.

Finally, thank you for leaving the apartment clean upon check-out, this was much appreciated.

I wish you both good luck and every success in your studies. I will always be happy to welcome you.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It was comfortable and practical, the apartment owner was extremely nice and responded appropriately to my concerns, and the apartment stayed very cool when the weather got hot! I especially liked the neighborhood. It was a very lively area with lots of cafes and shops. I felt very safe walking alone (as a female) after the last metro.
