Neighborhood: This apartment is situated in a suburb of Paris called Levallois Perret. Levallois Perret is at ten or fifteen minute subway or car ride to the middle of Paris. It is also quite close to the Trocadero, the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysees.
This apartment is located on a commercial street, with bakeries, bistros, cafés and banks. It is also very close to the local town hall.
Premises: This flat is on the sixth floor of a building that dates back to the beginning of the 20th century. It has an elevator, a security system and an intercom. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, a little chest, a closet, a dresser and some toys. This bedroom is a children’s room, and is decorated in this spirit. The large window with a balcony overlooks the street.
The second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower, a washbasin, a cabinet and a window.
The third bathroom is equipped with a corner bathtub, a washbasin, a mirror and a window.
