This furnished 30 m2 (322 sqm) studio apartment is located on the Ground floor of a 19th century building. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom. The building entrance door opens onto a paved courtyard leading to the apartment’s door.
The entrance door opens directly into the living area. It is furnished with a single size sofa bed, two armchairs, a console, a coffee table and a shelf. In front of the window opening onto the courtyard, there is a table which can be used as a desk or as a dining table. The living area features white walls and furniture, which give the room a more spacious feel as well as complement the natural light that enters the space. The owner lives upstairs in a private apartment so the staircase is only decorative.
On the right is a separate kitchen equipped with electric burners, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker and a laundry machine. This kitchen has a window and you should enjoy cooking you meal in there.
The bathroom was renovated in 2019. It is furnished with a shower, a washbasin, a walk-in cupboard and a toilet.
This apartment is located close to Gare de Lyon and Bercy, a neighborhood with lovely gardens, the Palais Omnisports de Bercy where many important sporting events and shows take place throughout the year, and the Cine-Cite, a cinema that offers the widest range of movies in Paris. The Coulee Verte, a new jogging trail, and parks that were installed on top of the old railroad viaduct leading to the Bastille, is about 100 meters (0.06 miles) away. In the Bastille area are many particularly good entertainment options such as its new Opera House, as well as restaurants and pubs that are regularly frequented by artists and young people.
The nearest metro station is Gare de Lyon (line 1, 14 – RER A).

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment for the most part. The owner is lovely. She is very nice and helpful if you ever need anything. We were around the corner from our school and not too far from the center of the city. The apartment is a nice size, and the split floors are great for allowing some private space. I do wish there were a little bit less of the owner's stuff everywhere. Closets and drawers were not empty, junk was everywhere, and it was difficult to find room to move her stuff out of the way to make room for ours. The beds weren't the most comfortable but I was fine. The area is very quiet and nice, but the people living above of us were loud sometimes. I think they have small children who run around, but nothing too bad. Besides these few things, I loved our place. |

Apartment was spacious, homely and comfortable, in a building in excellent condition, in an excellent neighborhood and an ideal location for moving around. The lady owner was super helpful and always available for any problem at all. I never had any problem in five months. |

To tell you the truth I didn't have much contact with this tenant, contrary to the usual NY Habitat tenants, who prove to be generally quite satisfied with the furnished rental. There was a misunderstanding regarding the deposit he had to make at the beginning of his stay but we found an arrangement which settled this issue. |
