This studio apartment is in the Paris neighborhood of Les Halles, named for the central Parisian marketplace that historically was held in this area. Now it continues to hold largely pedestrian areas, with a large commercial shopping mall and several parks. The apartment building is located on Rue Pierre Lescot between Rue de Turbigo and Boulevard de Sébastopol.
The apartment sits on the 3rd floor (considered 4th in U.S.) of a five-story walk-up building. For added convenience, a private laundry washing machine is included in the kitchen. A digital security system is in place at the entrance to the building.
The fully-furnished apartment spans approximately 26sqm (about 279.8sqft) and offers a kitchen, bathroom, and main living space. Large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room brighten the apartment with natural light and allow for ventilation. Antique furniture atop wood flooring lends an elegant ambiance to the relaxing environment.
In the main living space, a chandelier hangs from the ceiling. Facing two windows, one bright red full-sized sofa bed accommodates guest seating and overnight stays. One round dining table accommodates meal space. A flat-screen cable television and decorative fireplace are also available The windows located in this room view the picturesque Paris streets below!
The separate kitchen includes tiled floors, ample cabinet space, and some cooking necessities. One window allows for easy ventilation. A bathroom provides a full-sized tub/shower, mirror, sink, and fresh towels.
For storage, there is a closet as well as several shelves on the wall.
One folding bed is available to accommodate a third person.
Les Halles is a large and trendy community in the 1st arrondissement of Paris. Here, there is a wealth of tourist attractions, cafes, and restaurants. Listed below are just some suggestions of where to go during your stay!

For public transportation around Paris, walk to the Etienne Marcel metro station serving the 4 Line (78m/256ft). Additionally, you may walk to the Les Halles metro station also serving the 4 Line (350m/0.2mi).
