The furnished rental is tastefully decorated with interesting wall art and modern fittings, and its floors are lined with polished cement. It features large, double-glazed windows and French doors throughout, which allow in the natural light. The living room has both northern and southern exposure, offering views overlooking the street and the courtyard. It includes a double sofa bed and a double Murphy bed, as well as a coffee table, chairs, TV with cable, and dining table that seats six guests. This room opens onto a beautiful private terrace, which has a table for four and many plants, making it a pleasant space to enjoy alfresco dining. The separate eat-in kitchen is rather unique, with its checkered floors, exposed gray brick walls, and detailed artwork on the cupboard doors. It is equipped with cookery and crockery, as well as stainless steel appliances. Conveniently, there is also a washer / dryer and a high table with a pair of matching chairs. The carpeted bedroom is furnished with a single sofa bed and two single beds that have been placed next to each other to form a double bed.
