There is a washing-drying machine, two sinks, a gray worktop, and few closets in the small laundry space. The computer and Internet access are available if requested in advance under previous negotiation.

All around there are excellent quality services such as sophisticated shops, restaurants, and cafes, as well as the choice well-known daily Buci’ open air market, and other supermarkets. It is also in a distance to the main points of interest such as the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg, Musée d’Orsay, Seine River and its unique delightful islands - Ile Saint Louis and Ile de la Cité where is the Notre Dame Cathedral.
The closest metro stations are Saint Sulpice and Saint Germain des Pres (line 4) or Sevres Babylone (lines 10 and 12).
