This apartment is very small, but it doesn't matter too much because you'll probably never be in it. I wouldn't recommend staying here with someone you're not used to being in very close quarters with because I couldn't imagine being in there with another person.
There's no kitchen just a sink, hot plate, fridge and microwave. There's little stores near by to get food if you don't want to eat out all the time. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to Notre Dame, the metro is right outside lots of nice places to see and walk around near.

Dear Ashley,
Thank you for awarding the studio 4 grades of 4/5 and 5/5. We always try to achieve the best value for money. You know that a hotel night in this neighborhood where you can't cook amounts to the price you paid for a week and there was a real basic kitchen... A lot of couples stay in the studio trouble-free. The WC that was chosen was the most expensive and the quietest... That being said, we are going to do some works upstairs and with the new pipes, I will remove the WC, and consequently the bathroom, which has already been extended recently. Sorry for the shower head which will be removed if needed. Happy to have welcomed you.
See you soon in Paris,
best regards,
Pierre

The studio is quite comfortable, bearing in mind that we spent very little time there. The point to be improved is the bathroom, too small.
The strong point is the location, very close to Notre Dame, the River Seine, the metro, so all the places you want to visit are quickly accessible. The neighborhood is beautiful and has all amenities including supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and small pubs where you can spend a little. The host is an exceptional person, perfect, nothing to criticize! Despite the bathroom, I'd return to this studio apartment, it has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay in Paris.

Dear Maria,
You are right, the bathroom and the kitchen need revamping and extending; it is a matter of timing with the person who will do the works soon. I think this will change the feel of the comfort. The other pieces of furniture are functional and new; I carefully check the paint and the cleanliness of the studio prior to each rental. I like the decoration which is not too cold but a bit parisian with its old furniture. It was a pleasure to meet you.

Simple accommodation but in a very good location. Right by a subway station, markets and a nearby a laundry. The owner was polite and available. The bathroom could be improved.

We stayed in Paris (PA-2650) in May 10 to May 18, 2010. Apartment location is very good.

Kitchenware was not clean for use, such as dishes, glasses, cups, knifes, forks and spoons, and a rusted kettle. Besides that, oven, refrigerator and sink in the same way.

To finalize, on May 14, Landlord wrote to advise us that we were wanted to check out at 10 a.m. [on our last day]. I told him that he knew the time we were supposed to check out - 3 p.m. - since the beginning of our dealing.

After he told us that a couple from Brazil was coming to check in at 10 a.m. and at 09:50 a.m. on May 18, he called us to get out, in consideration of the new guests that just arrived.

Further to this review, the owner of this vacation rental was contacted. The owner said he tries to accommodate people's schedules but on this occasion the arrival/departures overlapped. He stated that he received the arriving clients, took their baggage, and invited them for coffee in an effort to give the current clients the time they needed to depart.

The apartment was perfect for us.
Although it is small, it´s very functional. What we liked most was the location which allows you to pass by it between tour and tour and at night is near bars and restaurants. But not as near as to disturb our resting. The metro is just in front and there are markets very near.
It was very clean, everything working fine. The landlord lives next door and is very kind.
I recommend it for young couples ( older people might need more space).

The quality of the apartment was good. Looked a little dirty here and there and a very small toilet with no possibility to turn inside it. Other than that I was very satisfied.
It was very central, the metro right outside the front door and nice view from the room.

We were very happy the time we stayed in the apartment we rented from you in Paris. The location was excellent and the owner received us very kindly, he was a sweetheart also to us. We had the Metro at the door of the apartment so this made our stay more comfortable as well. A great market of homemade [items] was next [door] and one block away we had another supermarket. The area was safe and [we had a] beautiful view of Notre Dame church from our own window. We hope we have the opportunity to go back very soon as we plan, and to get to stay in the same apartment!

It was a wonderful experience. The apartment on Boulevard St. Germain was centrally located. The neighborhood was wonderful, walking distance to almost everything. The apartment was clean and had a fabulous view. I was totally satisfied with the experience and would recommend NY Habitat very highly. [My NY Habitat agent] was terrific when I ran into a rather unique problem in losing my keys. Thank you for a great vacation.

The apartment I stayed in in Paris was perfect for my needs. It was clean and well located. Exactly as the pictures on NYHabitat portrayed.

The owner of the apartment was really easy and pleasant to deal with. He kindly gave me directions on catching the bus from the train station to the apartment when I first arrived, and met me at there to hand over the keys.

I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone travelling by themselves in Paris.

The rate price-quality was good; the best point was the situation of the apartment (five minutes to Notre Dame) and the views from the room.

This apartment was perfect for the two of us. The location was great. The apartment came with everthing we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchenette was very helpful. The view of Notre Dame was amazing. The outdoor market at our doorstep. The Metro at our doorstep. We enjoyed the apartment very much. The owner was a very friendly and kind person. Thank you very much for your help in arranging this apartment for our stay.
