This 36m² one bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an 1850's walk-up building.. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system during the night and opens onto a paved way, which leads to a courtyard. The building faces this paved courtyard.
The entrance door opens directly onto the living room with its open kitchen. The bedroom is accessible by the living room and the bathroom by the kitchen.
The living room has two windows that open onto the courtyard. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a dining table with its chairs, a chest of drawers with upon it a small TV, a stereo and an Internet connection. There is also a large built-in closet with shelves and wardrobes.
The open kitchen has a window and is equipped with two vitro ceramic burners, a dishwasher, a combo microwave/grill oven, a laundry machine, a small fridge, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The bedroom has two windows opening onto a courtyard. It is furnished with a queen size bed, two bedside tables and an antique style closet.
The bathroom has a tub, a washbasin and a toilet. A hair-dryer is also available.
The nearest metro station is Raspail (line 4,6).
Heat and hot water are electric and individually metered.

The apartment we rented in Paris was the best. Very convenient and yet extremely quiet. If we ever go back to Paris this is where we will stay.

I was very happy to welcome Mr. R, his wife and two children, as well as see them off on the day of their departure. They left everything spotless and I am very pleased. I think they were as well--the nice weather also had something to do with it!
