This apartment is located on Grands Boulevards just a few steps from the Porte Saint Martin and the Porte Saint Denis, two triumphal arches erected in the 17th century to celebrate major French victories; they have been recently cleaned and restored. This is one of those traditional, popular districts of Paris, where one can find a great mix of communities and cultures. It offers the opportunity to explore the Grands Boulevards (composed of boulevards named de la Madeleine, des Italiens, St-Martin, des Capucines, Montmartre, Poissonnière, St-Denis, Bonne-Nouvelle), where all the major department stores are as well as many cinemas, theaters, cafes and restaurants. The 13m² (approx. 135 sq. ft.) bedroom has a window with a western exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed and a bedside table, a built-in closet and a chest of drawers. This bedroom has access to the private bathroom.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a washbasin; it has also a small window.
The separate kitchen has a window; it is equipped with a combo stove/dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator, a toaster, a kettle and a washing machine.
The separate toilette has also a washbasin.
Heat and hot water are both electric and individually metered.
