Located just three blocks from le Port de Nice (the Port of Nice), this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom furnished apartment on the French Riviera in the South of France sits on the top floor of a six-story building near Rue Lascaris and Boulevard Lech Walesa. The building is outfitted with an elevator and the apartment is outfitted with a washing machine and a terrace.
Light fixtures mounted on the walls and honey-colored hardwood flooring contribute to the unique character of this apartment. Enjoy a view of the hills as you enjoy a meal on the west-facing terrace. The location of this furnished rental allows you to easily discover all that Nice has to offer, such as the iconic Promenade des Anglais or the historic Vieux Nice. An 800-meter (around 0.5 mile) walk will take you past la Place Guiseppe Garibaldi. Here you can find something to eat, something to cook, or something to watch at Cinéma Mercury, an arthouse movie theater. Keep walking and arrive at le Musée d’Art Moderne et d’Art Contemporain. Here you can begin a leisurely stroll through the green Promenade du Paillon, a 1.2-kilometer (around ¾ of a mile) corridor of nature and art.
You can catch the L2 tram at the Port Lympia tram station located 450 meters (around 0.3 miles) from the apartment. You can catch the TER train at the Nice Riquier train station located 750 meters (around 0.5 miles) from the apartment. The L2 tram can take you to l’Aéroport Nice Côte d’Azur, located 8 kilometers (around 5 miles) away.
