The second bedroom is located on the North West side of the apartment. Up to two people can enjoy the comforts of the double bed in this calm, light filled room. The third bedroom has bright pops of blue against clean white walls. There is a sofa bed that can sleep two guests. Waltz into the second bathroom and hang your wet beach clothes on the electric towel warmer that lines the wall next to the sink. There is an Italian shower in the second bathroom that will be practical for washing beach sand away after a long day along the coast.
You will be living in the historic port city of Nice, one of the best known cities in the South of France. Go for a bite at restaurants located minutes away from the apartment like Le San Juan (0.8 miles/1.2km), or La Réserve de Nice (0.6 miles/900 m). You will find groceries at Intermarché Express on Boulevard Lech Walesa and Rue Fodéré (0.7 miles/1.2 km). You will find an excellent selection of produce for the eloquent meals you will cook in the ultra-modern kitchen of this apartment.
On this same boulevard you will find independent boutiques like Love Modélisme (0.8 miles/1.2 km), Californie Moto (0.7 miles/1.1 km), and Lucky Sailor (0.7 miles/1.1 km). Les Puces de Nice (1.0 miles/1.5 km) is a flea market where you can find antiques and one of a kind second hand items.
