Appartement T5 - Chelsea (NY-14140)

Ces 2 chambres à louer en colocation sont situées à Chelsea, un quartier populaire à l'ouest de New York City. L'appartement T5 se trouve au 4ème étage sur neuf d'un immeuble avec ascenseur. L'entrée de l'immeuble est sécurisée par un système de vidéo surveillance.

La première chambre est meublée d'un lit double et d'une commode. Elle est équipée d'une télévision câblée et d'un lecteur DVD.

La deuxième chambre a également un lit deux places, un placard, deux tables de nuit, un bureau et une télévision câblée.

Le séjour dispose de deux canapés, d'un fauteuil et d'une table basse. Tout l'appartement est équipé de l'air conditionné et d'une connexion Internet Wifi.

Il y a quatre fenêtres dans le séjour et deux dans les chambres à louer. Elles sont toutes orientées au nord avec une vue sur la rue.

Situé à l'ouest de New York, Chelsea est un quartier privilégié de Manhattan pour le shopping. De ces chambres en colocation vous aurez un accès facile et rapide aux magasins de première nécessité (Whole Foods, CVS Pharmacy..), ainsi qu'aux cafés et restaurants qui abondent dans le quartier.
