Everything is perfect and easy.

Very good experience in this apartment, owners really kind, big rooms, accuracy in all details.

The Host is very personable and will provide guidance to her guests about the area and other parts of the city too. She was always accessible during my stay to answer any questions or offer suggestions for places to go from local's perspective. They made a space that is very comfortable and clean & a space you want to hang out in when you are not out and about. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay to anyone i know looking for a place in NYC.

The apartment was very pleasant : beautiful, large and very clean. All was like described in the website. The owner and his husband live downstairs and are very nice and careful. The neighbourhood is quiet. Subway is very close so it's quick and easy to go midtown or downtown. Like I said to the owner, I can see just 2 little improvements for the bedroom : the curtains are white so you can't have darkness in the room. And for bedroom 1, careful to the size of the bed, it can be too small for tall people.

The apartment met and exceeded our expectations. I honestly have no negative comments about the apartment nor about the family who welcomed us

Our hosts were absolutley lovely and we had a wonderful time in NYC. It was nice to rest easy in a safe and serene home at the end of the day. Highly recommend this place!

This room was beautifully presented, has great facilities and is in a great location for local amenities and getting around NYC. The landlords were extremely helpful and accommodating and in all this made for a relaxing home away from the busy streets of New York.

This is an excellent apartment - or, rather, two bedrooms each with bath and joined by a kitchen. The only lack I could think of was laundry facilities.

This is a great part of town and has the advantage of being especially quiet by Manhattan standards.

Michele and her family were friendly and welcoming but in no way intrusive. I would warmly recommend this place.

The room where we stayed was very nice, clean and well equipped (TV, wifi, ample provision of bed linens and towels, hairdryer and socket adaptor in the bathroom)

The adjacent kitchen is also very well equipped with everything you need to cook. The decoration is very well thought out.

The owners are very warm and welcoming. The landlady took care of everything when we had problems with our flight cancellation, her help was extremely precious.

The B&B is well located in a safe neighborhood and close to a subway station and several shops. We enjoyed staying in a neighborhood off the beaten track and sharing new yorkers' real life.

Accommodation is comfortable, very nice and very well situated (very close to subway and to Central Park). Owners are welcoming and helpful.

Just a suggestion for improvement: for a stay of nearly 2 weeks, we would have appreciated to have the sheets changed and the place cleaned.

Still, highly recommended!

Very well-kept room with private bathroom in the Morningside Heights neighborhood on the border of Harlem. Still, I never felt uncomfortable [...]. Certainly not as hip as other parts of the city and a little far from central Manhattan, but it's still convenient to reach it via subway (about 15 minutes to Times Square, 20-30 minutes to the WTC / Lower Manhattan).

Owner was very nice and helpful, apartment was very clean and tidy. In the area enough options to have breakfast (Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, various cafes). Close to Columbia University, so there is the academic feel.

Hi everyone, I am really happy with the service I received, the room perfect for my requirements, clean, spacious, complete with all necessities; I felt right at home, I lived like a new yorker...I love it!!!
