This is a model room. It reflects both the quality and the style of the rooms we offer at this location. The individual rooms are a variation of this one with some differences in layout and exposure.
Please note that this furnished unit offers apartment-style accommodations with a communal kitchen environment. The occupant should not expect to have the same experience as a regular rental in a New York City residential apartment.
The Upper West Side building built in 1910, which has 7 floors, not only has a 24-hour reception area but has also been supplemented with an elevator and laundry facilities that are coin-operated. It is located on Broadway and West 99th Street in Manhattan, New York.
The room for rent has two double size beds that allows for 2 occupants to be roommates. In this room, you have access to the internet as well as a flat screen TV with cable. An air conditioning unit and a mini fridge are additional features that will increase the comfort of your stay.
The bathroom is ensuite but towels are not provided. The kitchen area is shared with other occupants of the 17 rooms of a particular floor. Kitchen appliances are available; however, you will need to bring your own set of utensils, pans, pots, dishes or anything that you would need to cook and eat.
The room with private bathroom is located in the neighborhood of the Upper West Side in New York City which has a reputation for being a hub for New York City’s cultural and artistic centers. Appeal to your artistic side by visiting attractions such as the American Museum of Natural History, New York Historical Society and The Lincoln Center which houses a total of 12 performing arts companies such as the Metropolitan Opera, New York City Ballet, Jazz at Lincoln Center and Juilliard School of Music.
If you enjoy relaxing in nice green spaces, then Central Park West and Riverside Park are two great park that are also just a couple of short blocks away. For dining you will find a great variety of cafés and restaurants along Columbus Avenue, serving everything from deli sandwiches to burritos to haute cuisine. It is also important to note that depending on the room's placement within the building, some traffic noise from Broadway may travel into the unit.
Please note that some noise can be heard in the rooms facing the street.
To go from and go to the different areas of NYC, the closest subway station is 96th Street where you can catch the 1, 2, 3 subway lines.
This is a sample representation of a model apartment. The actual layout and exposure may differ.

Apartment Rental: 4 months
The beds in the room were perfect, like the size of the bathroom and the kindness of all staff members.
