This fully furnished one bedroom apartment is located in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The apartment is on the garden level of a 4-story walk-up townhouse.
The living room includes a double-sized futon, TV and cable and writing desk. There are two bookcases of books for guests to enjoy. The bedroom opens to the garden area, and features two large windows and a double-sized bed. For extra storage space, there is an armoire. Please note that there is no door to the bedroom, so privacy is limited. A day bed in the hallway provides an extra sleeping accommodation. This apartment also has central air and heat, as well as the convenience of a washer and dryer. The kitchen comes with all the necessary cookware and dishware. There is a table and five chairs for dining at home.
This apartment is located on President Street in Park Slope, Brooklyn, just 4 blocks from Prospect Park. Prospect Park, one of the largest parks in New York City, has many paths for biking, jogging or just strolling, as well as a lake, zoo and athletic fields. The Brooklyn Botanic Garden and The Brooklyn Museum, with New York City's second largest art museum, is on the northeast corner of the park. Around the corner from the apartment, on 5th Avenue, you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars. Enjoy the acclaimed Venetian cuisine of Al Di La, an Italian restaurant with Zagat rated dishes. There is an Associated Supermarket within a block for grocery shopping.
Public transportation is convenient with the D/N/R subway station only a block away. The 2/3/4 and B/Q subway lines are also within short distance, about 7 blocks from the apartment. All these lines will connect you to Manhattan and the rest of New York City.

Strong points: located 2 minutes away from subway station, stores and restaurants; very spacious apartment for 2 (and even 4); small backyard. Bedroom looks onto the garden, so not much noise from the street which is not very busy anyway. |
