New York Accommodation - 3 Bedroom Rental in Bedford Stuyvesant (NY-17553)

Very pleased with the apartment, its style and decoration are in keeping with the city of Brooklyn.
And the owner is very nice and quick to respond when needed.

Like others reviewers I recommend this appartment after 12 days there.
The owner welcomed us very well and gave us advices for our stay. He was reachable from whatsapp.
The place is well located, not too far from Manhattan thanks to the A express subway line nearby.
Also nearby the "Lincoln Market" store has everything you need from fresh food to tin cans and a deli booth.
The neighborhood is fine and quiet at night, there is no car traffic on the the road in front of the building.
We were 3 people in the appartment which is well equipped; but the main room is a little bit dark and it is not possible to ventilate some of the bedrooms.
The place was clean but a little bit old-fashioned for our taste.
One of the bathroom only have a fixed overhead shower; a hand shower is very much-needed !
A fast wifi is available (it should be referenced in the appartement description)

The apartment is in an excellent location, a 5 minutes walk to the subway line A that takes you to the center of Manhattan in 15 minutes.
The landlord is very nice and available, don't hesitate to contact him if a problem occurs or if you need advice.
There are stores in the area if you want to have breakfast or lunch at home.
I would recommend it if you want to avoid exorbitant Manhattan prices.
Well-equipped apartment perfect for 6 people.

The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood. You do not feel insecure. 2 metro stations are located nearby.
The apartment is well laid out and the owner answers quite quickly. It is very well equipped (towels, toiletries, bed linen).
Located in an air corridor, we slightly hear the planes take off, but nothing very disturbing.

Apartment was pleasant, functional, well-equipped and quiet.
The owner was really welcoming, he waited for us when we arrived, gave us useful information and was kind enough to come with us for our late dinner.
He spontaneously switched the heating back on during our stay as the temperatures suddenly dropped.

The owner is charming, accommodating and receptive. The apartment is very well-equipped. A lot of household linen, space and beds, a subway map on the wall, very high speed wifi, plug adaptors, equipped kitchen... In short, the best.
To be improved: - Adding curtains in every bedroom. The one with two beds only has a net curtain and the morning light wakes you up early. But we were here to visit NYC, not sleeping :-)
- Taking new pictures. They must date back to a few years so they are accurate but the apartment has aged since then; besides, in May, the light is not as strong as in the pictures.
Finally, it is important to add a picture of the facade. First, to know where the apartment is located but also to avoid being surprised.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean, with all basic amenities, very spacious and it had everything needed to have an excellent stay.
The owner is extremely nice, helpful and receptive.
In short, I recommend this Brooklyn vacation rental, a 30-minute ride from Manhattan (subway station is a 5-minute walk). Besides, it is located in a quiet area, perfect to have a good night sleep after spending the day exploring the beautiful city of New York.

The apartment is located in a good zone in Brooklyn, near two metro stations (A and C lines). The apartment is comfortable and has enough space for 6 people, the beds and sofas are comfortable too. There are many restaurants in the area. The owner is really kind and helpful.
The only thing we missed was a wash machine, as we were told there was one in the apartment, and there wasn't.
The water for the showers was a little cold, but the heating system in the apartment was good.
