This exceptionally charming and luxurious townhouse is located between Place des Abbesses and Rue des Trois Frères, next to the street where the film Amelie was filmed. It is in the heart of the Montmartre Knoll in a very lively neighborhood with bars, coffee houses and restaurants. One of the most visited tourist points in Paris, it is very close to Place des Abbesses and Place Godeau, where Picasso painted at the famous “bateau lavoir”. It is also a few steps away from the charming Place du Tertre, where painters and other caricaturists create and show their work in the open air. Another point of interest is the Sacred Heart Basilica, one of the most known churches in Paris. The area boasts plenty of restaurants and cafes and access to all sorts of basic services. Please be aware that the public square in front of this apartment is often active with people until late at night.


This four-bedroom, 220m² (approx. 2,360 sq. ft.) triplex townhouse with a 60m² (approx. 645 sq. ft.) terrace faces Place Abbesses and its church. The house has a video intercom and its own elevator, which goes from the basement to the second floor. The house has painted walls. It has northern, eastern, western and southern exposures.

The 30m² (approx. 320 sq. ft.) bedroom has three windows. It is furnished with a 160cm-wide bed, a desk, a bookcase, and built-in wall closets. The en suite shower room has a washbasin with a mirror and a shower stall. It has a separate toilet.

The 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) bedroom has a window. It is furnished with a 120cm-wide bed, a desk, a fax machine and built-in wall closets. The en suite shower room has a washbasin with a mirror, a toilet and a shower cabin.

The laundry room has a washing machine and a separate dryer.

Heat and water heater are individual and electric.
