Welcome to this fully furnished one bedroom apartment in Paris. It is located in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, near Rue Bonaparte and rue du Vieux Colombier. You will find it on the 5th floor (considered 6th in America) of a 19th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system at night that opens to a hall with an intercom. The apartment is accessible via a nice court leading to the building's staircase.
Upon entering this apartment, find hardwood floors, natural light and contemporary design. The 18m² (approx. 190 sq. ft.) living room has two double-glazed window doors with shutters that access the balcony; it overlooks the street with a southern exposure. The room is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a coffee table, and a dining table with seating for four. A television is installed and WiFi internet is available. The open-style kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the necessary cookware and dishware. It has a bar with three stools. For you convenience, a washer is installed. The bedroom also accesses the balcony. It contains a double-sized bed and a spacious closet which contains drawers and a wardrobe.
This furnished apartment is located in the heart of the Saint-Germain des Près section of Paris. One of the most attractive and historic districts of the Seine River’s Left Bank, there are a number of select restaurants and historic cafes such as Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, favorite haunts of famous French existentialists and expatriated American writers. Nearby is the Marché Saint Germain (fashion market) and a few steps away rue de Buci features a special atmosphere with its open-air market. The neighborhood is also very famous for its refined art galleries and designer fashion shops.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Saint-Germain des Prés, which services line 4 and Mabillon which services line 10.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment. I fell in love with this bright full sunshine place as soon as I step into it. The owner of the apartment is really kind and sweet. She helped me a lot and I felt at home right away. The location is beyond perfect, this is a vivid area to stay in Paris with all the shops and restaurants, however the apartment is quiet at night. Another part I really love is the balcony, so Parisian so chic. Thank you for a memorable experience, I hope one day I can stay here again.
