This furnished one bedroom Paris apartment offers modern amenities for comfortable living and a cobblestoned terrace equipped with patio tables and chairs! Located in Montparnasse of the 6th arrondissement, it is placed conveniently near the trendy neighborhoods of St. Germain, Luxembourg, and St. Michel.

Located on the ground and first floor (considered 1st and 2nd floor in U.S.) of a 20th century elevator building, this one-bedroom apartment rests on Rue de Sèvres between boulevard Montparnasse and rue Saint Jean-Baptiste de la Salle. For maximum comfort and convenience, the home is furnished with a personal laundry washer/dryer and DVD player. A coded security system assures privacy.
