Located on Rue Rollin & Rue Monge, the one bedroom apartment is on the 5th French floor (considered 6th in U.S.) of a 5-story walk-up building. A coded security system protects it. The home comes with a private terrace that overlooks the delightful Paris architecture.
What’s black and white and chic all over? This contemporary home in the 5th arrondissement! Featuring hardwood floors and black-and-white accessories, tenants will feel especially classy here. In total, it spans approximately 28sqm (301sqft) and offers basic living amenities. In the living room, one twin bed accommodates sleeping space, as does the queen bed in the bedroom. A lovely apartment on a quiet pedestrian street in a fantastic location in inner Paris. Great décor, and very comfortable and clean. The terrace is amazing! A warm welcome from a very helpful owner. I had a wonderful month in this apartment and would definitely stay here again. Recommended. |

Beautiful apartment on a pedestrian street. Great location just off Rue Mouffetard and Place Contrescarpe. The owner must be a decorator since the furniture is very modern and attractive. Full windows all around; a large terrace overlooking roofs of Paris. |
