Description
1 Bedroom Apartment Rental in Latin Quarter (PA-4233)
1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom - Sleeps

Live in a modern environment set in a historic neighborhood with this one bedroom apartment in the Latin Quarter of Paris near the Panthéon.

Located on Rue Rollin & Rue Monge, the one bedroom apartment is on the 5th French floor (considered 6th in U.S.) of a 5-story walk-up building. A coded security system protects it. The home comes with a private terrace that overlooks the delightful Paris architecture.

What’s black and white and chic all over? This contemporary home in the 5th arrondissement! Featuring hardwood floors and black-and-white accessories, tenants will feel especially classy here. In total, it spans approximately 28sqm (301sqft) and offers basic living amenities. In the living room, one twin bed accommodates sleeping space, as does the queen bed in the bedroom. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a glass wall that is see-through, so there is little to no privacy in the bedroom. There is a small kitchen area in the main living space that features a long table/bar with stool and, underneath that, a mini-fridge, dishware, a coffeemaker, microwave and toaster.

Sitting next to the arena of Place Emile Mâle, the apartment in the Quartier Latin area of the 5th arrondissement is surrounded by beautiful parks, historic buildings, and world-famous attractions. Walk through the botanic garden Jardin des Plantes (350m/0.2mi) to learn more about plant-life, or stroll through the romantic Le Jardin du Luxembourg (1km/0.6mi). Also visit museums such as the National Museum of Natural History (350m/0.2mi), The Middle Ages Museum (1.1km/0.7mi), and Musee du Luxembourg (1.7km/1mi).

This apartment is with no doubt a jewel - the rooftop terrace and the location is on point!

A lovely apartment on a quiet pedestrian street in a fantastic location in inner Paris. Great décor, and very comfortable and clean. The terrace is amazing! A warm welcome from a very helpful owner. I had a wonderful month in this apartment and would definitely stay here again. Recommended.

Beautiful apartment on a pedestrian street. Great location just off Rue Mouffetard and Place Contrescarpe. The owner must be a decorator since the furniture is very modern and attractive. Full windows all around; a large terrace overlooking roofs of Paris.

Downsides are that there is no air conditioning, nor screens on the windows. It gets very buggy if you keep the windows open. Other than that, a wonderful stay.

Thanks Jillian for your review, I am delighted to hear you enjoyed the apartment. When you arrived, there were two blinds, one on each window, I should have been warned that the second one had fallen off.

As regards to the air conditioning, given the weather in Paris, the temperature in the apartment is not a problem. Indeed, I have never got any remark from other guests regarding the heat, maybe it was unusually hot this month.
