This one bedroom rental is in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, in an area known as Alesia, which is located on the left bank of the Seine. The apartment is on the ground floor of a 4-story walk-up building from the 1900’s. For security purposes, to enter the building you’ll require a digital code.

The apartment is on a dead end street restricted to local traffic and deliveries, therefore it is very quiet. Go through the small courtyard to access the 28m² (approx. 301 sq ft) unit. The main door opens onto a hallway that leads to the living area, which has a window facing southeast (courtyard view). It is furnished with a double sofa bed facing a small flat-screen TV equipped with cable. Next to it is the open kitchen, which has a breakfast bar and chair so that you can sit down to enjoy simple meals. It has all of the main appliances and utensils you’ll need for cooking as well as an oven.

The bedroom has a window with a northeastern exposure allowing in natural light from the street. The room contains a double bed and a small desk and chair so that you can work from home, as there is a complimentary wifi connection throughout the apartment. The built-in closet provides adequate storage space for your clothes. The bathroom is near the entrance and has tiled floors and walls; it is equipped with a toilet, washbasin with a cupboard underneath, mirrored medicine cabinet, and a bathtub-shower with sliding glass doors.
