This flat is located in an elite district. The majestic Arc de Triomphe and the famous Avenue des Champs Elysees are just a few minutes walk away. So is the Eiffel Tower which on one side faces the splendid Champ de Mars and the beautiful floral gardens, and on the other side, beyond the Seine River the Trocadero Place with the Palais de Chaillot. The neighborhood features numerous fashion shops and many traditional and sophisticated restaurants and cafes on Victor Hugo Square. It is also very close to a supermarket, as well as the St. Didier market.


This one bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a building dating back to the beginning of the 20th century. The entrance's gate opens directly into the apartment.

There is the main room with, on the right hand side, the open kitchen and then the bathroom. Stairs lead to a mezzanine.

The main room has a tiled floor and two windows with blinds that overlook the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a glass coffee table, bookshelves and a small TV.

The mezzanine has a window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed, a desk, some shelves, a chest of drawers and a built in closet.

The open kitchen is equipped with four electric burners, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a small refrigerator with freezer space and a sink. Additionally, there is the convenience of a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

Heat and hot water are collective.

The nearest metro station is « Boissière » (line 6).
