South France Accommodation - 5 Bedroom Rental in La Gaude, French Riviera (PR-1152)

This five bedroom villa is in the commune of La Gaude, in the French Riviera, nearly 18 km (approx. 11 miles) west of Nice. Built in 1970, the two-story villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and has available, on-site parking space.

The villa measures 300m² (approx. 3,230 sq ft) and has a southern exposure overlooking a paved terrace and a large heated pool. The terrace is surrounded by large palm trees and has outdoor furniture including sun loungers, a table, and benches. Next to the pool, there is a lounge / game room that has a tennis table, sofas and armchairs, a TV, and game console. This room (bedroom 5) can fit up to four foldable single beds to accommodate extra guests. The living area, which has exposed wooden beams, arched wall openings, and an open fireplace, is divided into three spaces. Two of them are seating areas, furnished with comfortable leather sofas surrounding large coffee tables. There is also a home theater system comprised of a TV equipped with cable and a DVD player. The third space is a dining area with a table that can comfortably seat up to 12 guests. The Provençal-style, eat-in kitchen is separate and fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery. It features ample counter and cabinet space, as well as a round stone table and four wrought-iron chairs. Conveniently, there is a laundry room with two washing machines, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

The living room, master bedroom and kitchen are equipped with air conditioning, and all other bedrooms have either ceiling fans or free standing fans.

Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are furnished with double beds and have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, has a built-in closet and the bathroom has two washbasins, a toilet and a bathtub-shower. Bedroom 2 features a walk-in closet and the bathroom contains a bathtub and toilet. Bedroom 3 has a built-in closet and the bathroom has a bathtub-shower, sink, and toilet. Bedroom 4 contains two single beds, two sofas and a coffee table. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin is in a separate room.

The five bedroom villa is well located in La Gaude, in the South of France. The villa offers more privacy and tranquility than any apartment, as it is secluded in the mountains. With picturesque views of the surrounding landscapes, it is an idyllic spot for a summer retreat. At the same time, it is just a short ride away from the lively city of Nice, where you can enjoy the beaches and animated nightlife, cultural venues including museums and art galleries, and authentic Mediterranean cuisine in the many restaurants and cafés.
