South France Accommodation - 5 Bedroom Rental in Boulbon, Provence (PR-1201)

Experience la France profonde by staying in this five bedroom villa, located in the village of Boulbon between Arles and Avignon in the Provence region of the South of France. This fully furnished vacation rental is made up of a large 17th century villa with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a pool and patio area with outdoor dining facilities and a separate apartment in a guest house.

The main house is a traditional Provençal home complete with red flagstone floors, stone walls and authentic wooden furniture. The sofa and armchairs of the living room allow you to enjoy the summer sun through the windows or the warmth of the fireplace in winter. There is also a cable TV, Imac, Iphone / Ipod docking station for your entertainment; and a washing machine and dryer located in the adjacent bathroom.

The separate eat-in kitchen combines rustic charm and modern convenience, with a wooden dining table for four and stainless steel appliances. There’s lots more dining space outside, where another wooden table has space for eight next to the grill out on the patio. After enjoying a homemade meal, hop in the private pool or relax on the patio chairs in the Provençal sun.

Bedroom one is upstairs, with a double bed, vintage furniture and a decorative fireplace. Bedroom two is similarly furnished, but with the addition of a large wardrobe. Bedroom 3 is the nursery, with a crib, a toy box and lots of storage space for clothes and supplies, making this rental great for families. Bedroom four is in the attic, a large penthouse complete with a double bed, desk and a private bathtub and sink.

The separate guest house apartment provides even more space for your group, with a double bed (Bedroom 5) in a mezzanine over the rustic main room. There is a sofa bed in the living room area below, as well as a dining table for two and a kitchenette with a sink, fridge and microwave. Bathroom 3 is also located in the guest house.

Towels, including beach towels for the pool, and linen are provided by the owner.

Located right at the feet of the Alpilles mountain range, Boulbon is a peaceful French village perfect for anyone looking to experience rural Provence. The villa is conveniently located in the center of town, making it easy to shop for your groceries right down the street.
