This studio is situated walking distance from Nice’s infamous Vieux Port – Old Port on the first French floor (2nd American floor) of a postwar building that features an intercom security system. This fully furnished South of France rental is available year round and can accompany anywhere from two to four people.
Upon entering the studio through a hallway, you’ll find yourself in a large living area. In the far corner, there is a mezzanine type bed with a full size mattress. Below, you fill find a small work area set up for your convenience. In the other corner, there is a television set atop an armoire, as well as a few chairs and a table for entertainment purposes.
The kitchen is ideal as it features all basic amenities, including: 4 electric burners, a microwave-oven, a microwave, a toaster, kettle and coffeemaker, as well as a washing machine. The dining table can seat four people. There is also a bathroom which is separated into two rooms. In one room, you will find the shower and sink – both modern appliances. In the other room, you will find the WC and a sink.
This apartment is ideally situated close to shops and supermarkets. Moreover, from the studio’s doorstep, you will only be situated 0.7mi/1.1km away from the old city of Nice.
The Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (only five hours from Paris). The international airport, Nice-Côte d’Azur, situated 15 minutes drive from the apartment, has been built on land reclaimed on the sea. It offers daily flights to/from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, Italy is only 20-30 minutes away.
