South France Accommodation - 2 Bedroom Rental in Aix-en-provence, Provence (PR-254)

What a wonderful apartment with all the aspects of home! Location is ideal and the apartment was very clean and thoughtfully set up for guests! The owner was very nice and willing to help us in any way! It was a wonderful experience!!!

The vacation rental is well kempt, nothing negative to report.

The owner is a very charming lady, she eagerly came to get us at the train station and we were entirely satisfied with her during our stay.

The apartment was wonderful. Just as the photographs illustrated the apartment looked exactly like that. It felt like home from home with every convenience you would expect in an apartment away from home. It is situated within a few minutes walking distance from the main streets and restaurants, yet in a very quiet part of town. We enjoyed our time there very much.

I loved the apartment in Aix en Provence and there were no surprises. It was very comfortable for four people and the accommodation owner was wonderful!

First of all, the services of your company were excellent. Your agent was very helpful and patient and thanks to his good service we were able to find the apartment we wanted.

The apartment itself is beautiful and we were most satisfied.There is no complaint whatsoever, although the apartment has some disadvantages such as a very small kitchen and toilette. However, such was outweighed by the very tasteful furnishing of the apartment, the gorgeous winter garden on the top floor, the location and the very helpful landlady.

In conclusion, we were very satisfied and happy and if we ever need an apartment again in one of the areas where NY Habitat is offering accommodation we will certainly get back to you.

We were very pleased with the apartment. It was clean & tidy and the location was excellent - quiet, yet near the centre (walking distance). The owner was very helpful too.

We were delighted with our apartment. It was immaculate -- it could not possibly have been any cleaner. The decor was charming, with many, many wonderful touches, and of course the location was great. Everything was very comfortable, and I hated to leave it. I would recommend it in a heartbeat.

The apartment owner was wonderful to work with. She was very friendly and responsive, both by e-mail before we travelled and after we arrived.

The apartment itself was very nice. The street was a bit off-putting on first arrival, but we later learned that most building exteriors in Aix are covered in graffiti and poorly maintained. Inside, the apartment was in excellent shape. It was very clean and got tons of light from many large windows. The one toilet was in an *extremely* tiny room (you had to straddle the toilet to close the door), which was mildly irritating. The kitchen was also quite small, but very serviceable with a fridge, stove, oven, and dish washer.

The rest of the apartment was comfortably sized. The sunroom/porch/patio on the second floor of the apartment was a great bonus. It got tons of light and opened up for lots of fresh air. We enjoyed having two separate bedrooms (particularly since we were travelling with our child) plus the living room.

The location was also convenient. The adjacent street was lined with bakeries, butchers, fruit stands, small groceries, and other shops. Cours Mirabeau was only a 5 minute walk away. There was a bus stop right on the corner, though we found the bus schedule in Aix a bit opaque. It's about a ten minute walk to the regional bus stop (to get to the train station, Marseille, Avignon and elsewhere).

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment and owner to others.

We enjoyed staying at the apartment. The view on the second floor was beautiful. There were 3 drawbacks to the apartment, only 1 bathroom, the kitchen was a little small and we as Americans are spoiled with elevators instead of climbing the stairs. The apartment was very neat and clean. I also wished the owner had cable tv.

We found the apartment PR-254 perfect in every way. The location was great.
It was clean and spacious. And the owner was so pleasant and easy and gracious. We would love to stay there again in the future.

Sort of a thing that might answer questions that the renter had forgotten to ask at the time of getting the key... Such as where to put the trash etc. We were very pleased and I have already recommended your service to others.
