The apartment is situated on the second floor (third floor for Americans) of a five-story building equipped with an intercom security system and washing machine.

Upon entering the bright living room, you'll notice the double French windows that open onto the colorful buildings, bustling squares and outdoor cafes that line the streets of Vieux Nice. The living room has a classic European interior design, featuring bright white flooring, elegant seating, wall art, a dining table with seating for four, and a small balcony.
