This 150-square-meter (approximately 1600 SQF), furnished rental duplex is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Brondesbury in northwestern London. The building is a 20th-century construction with an open floorplan on the ground floor and several bedrooms to house multiple guests on the first floor, with east/west exposure. The walk-up exterior is enclosed within a small patio area in front. A buzzer/intercom system is in place to ensure guests remain in contact with one another.

The ground floor's open plan living area gives a plethora of entertainment opportunities, including a flat screen digital television equipped with cable and a DVD player. A hifi sound system is in place, including a turntable, for audio enjoyment. In addition, there is wi-fi Internet access available. A half bath with toilet and basin is also located on the ground floor.

The kitchen and dining area are also open, allowing social moments to blossom while preparing and eating meals.
