Located in St John's Wood this one bedroom apartment is in a very calm residential neighbourhood a few minutes walk from the nearest underground station.

On entering the property you walk into a hallway with the bedroom on the left, the living room and kitchen directly ahead, and the bathroom through the living room and utility room at the back of the apartment. There is a small terrace accessible from the living room.

There is parquet flooring and white walls. The French window opens onto a terrace that faces north. There are two foldaway screens that can provide privacy in the living room in the event this room is used for sleeping.
The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, two side tables with lamps, telephone, radio alarm, writing desk & chair, wooden chest of drawers with lamp, shelves, wall to wall built-in cupboards, wooden armchair, single sofa bed, and decorative fireplace. The carpet is salmon pink and the walls are white.
The American-style kitchen takes up one side of the living room. It is fully equipped with electric oven & 4 gas hobs, extractor fan, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and numerous utensils, cutlery, & crockery.
The utility room between the kitchen and the bathroom is furnished with a washing machine & dryer, dishwasher, sink, window, cupboards, extra chairs for the terrace, & drying racks for clothes.
The bathroom is furnished with a bath, fixed wall-mounted power shower, sink surmounted by mirror, toilet, towel rack. The floor tiles are grey and the wall is decorated with floral patterned wallpaper.
The flat has individual gas central heating. This apartment is a non-smoking property.
