Located on Monmouth Road just off Westbourne Grove in the Notting Hill area of London this one bedroom apartment is on the upper ground floor of an end-terrace period walk-up facing east to west and protected by an audio intercom system.
Approximately 45m2 the apartment comprises living room, open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom.
The living room is furnished with a double sofabed, dining table for 4, open gas log fire with Marble surround, TV and VCR, radio/cd player and open line telephone.
The kitchen is compact but fully equipped with new fittings. It is located off the lounge and has a washer/dryer, gas cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer.
The bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed, side tables with lamps, plenty of cupboard space and original wooden window shutters.
The bathroom is furnished with tub and overhead shower, washbasin surmounted by mirror, and toilet.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING.
Cleaning is once a week with linen and towels.
Westbourne Grove and the surrounding areas have many restaurants, cafés, and late night shops and malls. Queensway, which is a busy late night area with a shopping mall is 5 minutes walk.
Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park, Portobello Antiques and vegetable Market are all approx 15 mins. walk.
Easy access to West End Theatres by tube, taxi or bus.
The nearest underground station is Notting Hill Gate
