Located just off Ladbroke Grove in Notting Hill this two bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a period townhouse facing north-south and protected by a video entry phone system.
On entering the apartment you have the living room and kitchen to the left, the bathroom immediately on the right, and the two bedrooms directly ahead to the left and right.
The living room is furnished with a sofa-bed, two armchairs, dining table with extendable leaves with 4 matching chairs, television with digital receiver, telephone, parquet floors, and there is a window facing north. The apartment is wireless internet enabled.
The master bedroom is furnished with zip and link twin beds, and a wardrobe. The window faces south.
The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, and chest of drawers. The window faces south.
The kitchen is on a separate level accessible from the living room and equipped with electric oven with four hotplates, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine & dryer, fridge/freezer. The window faces north.
The bathroom has a bath, wall-mounted shower, toilet, sink surmounted by mirror, and heated towel rack.
There is gas central heating.
