Newly converted Studio near London Bridge

Newly converted studio apartment within the former Sarsons warehouse. With wooden floors throughout and exposed brickwork the original features are retained. This studio is one of many apartments set within a residential development built around the original Sarson's Brewery. The original brewery, now converted, contains a mixture of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments maintaining many of the original brewery features. Alternatively, a 15 minute walk will take you into the heart of The City. The pubs, restaurants and retailers of Bermondsey Street are a very short walk from the scheme, and just a little further are the many attractions and amenities which Shad Thames and Butlers Wharf have to offer including riverside bars and restaurants. Being located on Tower Bridge Road, you are also minutes by foot from two of London's most recognisable landmarks, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London just North of the river Thames. The nearest Underground stations are London Bridge for the Northern Line and Jubilee Line (10 minutes walk), and across Tower Bridge for Tower Hill, which services the District and Circle line (10 minutes walk), as well as the Docklands Light Railway.
