The apartment is on the first floor of the mansion type building, which has a secured entrance and an elevator.
The large living room of the apartment has large windows looking out to the street. The room is furnished with several comfortable chairs underneath a lofted bed. The loft bed is double sized. The room has a TV with DVD player, a stereo and a desk.
The bathroom is equipped with a w/c, sink, washer and dryer and a small shower.

The apartment is one block from the Tottenham Court Road tube station, which accesses the Northern and Central Lines. The apartment is a short walk from Oxford Street, one of the major shopping venues. A short walk down Oxford Street you will reach Hyde Park.
