Welcome to the heart of London! From this studio vacation rental accommodation, you will find quick access to transportation options, business arenas, and vacation sights and experiences. The building itself is a period property (built originally around 1880), but is renovated and furnished with modern conveniences and amenities, including video entry phones, maid services and linen changes weekly, broadband Internet access, and laundry services within the building. A total of nine accommodations populate this building, ensuring few neighbors within the building. Situated on a residential street, the location is in the middle of Earl’s Court and close to other popular neighboring boroughs such as West Kensington, Chelsea, South Kensington, and Knightsbridge.

The open floor plan covers approximately 28 square meters (301 square feet) and is located on the 2nd floor (considered the 3rd by Americans) at the rear of the property. It is comprised of an open living/dining/bedroom area that is located right off the front door the accommodation. Down a short hallway to the left are two more rooms; first a bathroom, equipped with a shower, and then a modernly-equipped kitchen, with an oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, and a toaster. The living/dining/bedroom area has high ceilings, a double bed, a dining table and seating, as well as a TV with cable access, a DVD player and a telephone.

Neither the company nor its employees or agents is able to accept bookings for a specific flat in the building; though the company will work to provide any specific accommodation requested in writing by the guest but it cannot guarantee such accommodation will be available for the period requested.

There are many dining opportunities here within Earls Court, as well as in neighboring West Kensington and Kensington; if you are looking to make your own meals you can go to the Kensington Superstore just one street down (0.2 km/0.1 mile to the west) to stock up. The convention venues of Earl’s Court Exhibition Centre (0.3 km/0.2 miles south) and the Olympia Exhibition Centre (1.3 km/0.8 miles northwest) are very close by and convenient to this accommodation. The museums of Kensington are close by, with the Victoria & Albert Museum, Natural History Museum, and Science Museum, all only 2.25 km (1.4 miles) east; just to the north of these museums are the historical hunting grounds of English royalty, now known as Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. Kensington High Street and its plethora of shopping and dining opportunities are just north of the property, about a kilometer (a little more than half a mile) away. If you’d like to carry your business or explorations into other parts of London, there is easy access throughout Earl’s Court to transportation options; the Earl’s Court subway stop is only half a kilometer to the east (0.3 miles), and there’s plenty of bus stops within a short walk of a street or two from this accommodation as well. The Tube gives access to the Circle, District and Piccadilly lines, so don't hesitate to visit somewhere new each day!
