This prewar building is secure with a buzzer/intercom system. The apartment is located on the 1 floor.
The livingroom measuring 100 square feet has beautiful light yellow walls that match superbly with the hardwood floors. The wooden motifs on the wall, the white marble coffeetable with the sofa with soft plush pillows makes this place feel so comfortable and relaxing. The livingroom has a TV with cable and 2 large windows.
The bedroom measuring about 100 square feet has 2 large windows. The room is furnished with a beautiful canopy queen-size bed, a dresser and an armchair. There is a closet in the room and a phone jack. The bathroom is located right near the room and has a WC, sink, shower and tub.
The kitchen is located near the entrance to the apartment and is equipped with all household necessities such as refrigerator, freezer, stove and sink, There are no pictures because they were renovating it at the time.
This apartment is conveniently located between 2 parks, Central Park and Morningside Heights Park. In front of Morningside Heights Park there is a statue of George Washington and Lafayette. There are hills up and down the street, trees everywhere very beautiful and perfect for those who like nature.
