This two bedroom two bathroom apartment is located in a recently constructed building in the heart of Park Slope.
The apartment is on the third floor of the building, which has an elevator and a buzzer/intercom at the entrance.
The apartment features a large open living room. The living room is equipped with a sofa and comfortable lounge chair. There is a TV with basic cable, DVD player and stereo. The room has access to the balcony, which has a few chairs on it.
The kitchen is open to the living room area. There is a dining table at the edge of the living room/kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, stove, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Everything you could need is included.
The master bedroom is spacious and includes a queen-sized bed, dresser, closet space and a TV with cable. the master bathroom is connected to the bedroom and includes a tub/shower with Jacuzzi, a w/c and sink with vanity.
The second bedroom is the room to be rented to the roommate. There is a sofa that converts into a queen sized bed and a large closet.
There is a wireless internet access.
The second bathroom has a tub/shower, w/c and sink.
The apartment is near the R train at Union Street. The Park Slope neighborhood is well known for its restaurants, cafes and boutiques lining Fifth and Seventh Avenues. The apartment is a short walk from Prospect Park and Downtown Brooklyn.
