This three bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Brooklyn Heights in an elegant building with a full time doorman and elevator.
The apartment is very spacious and the bedroom for rent is quite spacious as well, with two chest with drawers, a closet and a private bathroom. Linens and towels are provided.
The owner lives on the other side of the apartment in a private room with bathroom. A cat lives in the apartment as well.
The kitchen is open into the living room and is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils and everything needed to cook.
Brooklyn Heights is an historical neighborhood in Brooklyn with lots of attractions. This apartment is right next to the Fulton Mall shopping area, movie theaters, restaurants and bars. It is very, very close to the subway station where you can find many subway trains which will take you into Manhattan in five minutes.
The best part of this area is that is near the "Promenade" by the water, where you can admire the Manhattan skyline, completely breathtaking at night.
